Homemade �Hot Pack� Any sore, achy or tight muscle likes some heat and some pressure. An easy to make, easy to use, �Hot Pack� will prove invaluable and will provide both heat and light pressure. What you will need How to make the �Hot Pack� How to use WARNING: Do not overheat. May cause burns. Use this at your own risk. Heat the rice filled sock for 1.5 to 3 minutes (depending on the microwave, the time will vary to heat the sock to a very warm, but not scalding temperature). always test the temperature of the �Hot Pack� before using. Once the sock is heated to a tolerable warm temperature, place it on the sore or tight muscle until it cools down. This can be repeated once or twice daily.
